Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations within the assigned area.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
