Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information or redirecting as needed
- Maintain front desk appearance, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or departments
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and data entry using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software when necessary
- Support office management activities including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
