What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Quality Inn & Suites Bay City?
We are currently seeking to fill a Night Auditor position for our Front Desk. Hours will be 9pm-7am (10-hour shift), 3 nights a week. Schedule will be discussed in interview. Employee must be able to train during 1st and 2nd shift hours. Weekends and holidays will be required. Looking for someone with customer service experience, good work ethic, and reliable transportation to work. Please read through the job duties listed below as they are all a requirement of the job. - Answering Phone/making reservations
- Customer Service
- Checking guests In & Out
- Cash/Credit Card Handling
- Running Night Audit
- Balancing credit card transactions
