Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet hotel standards.
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to keep all flooring surfaces looking their best.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
- Assist with breakfast restocking and cleaning.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as vacuuming and mopping.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
