• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
• Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Manage front desk operations including answering calls, routing inquiries, and handling general clerical tasks.
• Maintain organized files, update calendars, and assist with scheduling appointments for staff and clients.
• Support office management activities such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries accurately and efficiently while supporting client communication efforts.
• Assist with administrative tasks like typing correspondence, managing client records, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively.
• Proven experience in office management or front desk roles with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent computer literacy.
• Previous clerical experience including phone answering, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client communication and customer support roles.
