Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Support custodial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control and scheduling when required
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation protocols
- Previous hotel or hospitality housekeeping experience highly preferred
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods
- Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or linens
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and custodial responsibilities is advantageous
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to coordinate team efforts effectively
- Strong customer service background demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness
