Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations using property management systems such as Choice Advantage or similar hotel software.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and billing adjustments.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to support operational transparency.
- Manage front desk responsibilities during overnight hours, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservation modifications, and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards through phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety and compliance during night shifts.
- Support other departments as needed, including assisting with guest services and maintaining property security protocols.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and hotel operations.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS), especially Choice Advantage or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
- Prior resort or hotel experience is preferred to adapt quickly to our high standards of hospitality excellence.
