Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring positive guest relations.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
  • Train new team members on hotel policies, guest services protocols, and hospitality standards to promote a cohesive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations.
  • Prior experience with night audit procedures and guest services is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising or training staff in a fast-paced environment.
