- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
- Train new team members on hotel policies, guest services protocols, and hospitality standards to promote a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations.
- Prior experience with night audit procedures and guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
