What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Quality Inn and Suites?
- assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations
- Do Night Audit (11 PM to 7 AM)
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them accordingly
- basic computer skills and check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Work with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment
- Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay
- willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
