Job Title: Housekeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for our clients or facility. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness, good time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is a plus
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and move equipment
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.98 - $12.48 per hour
