Job description:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Schedule (Weekday Mornings):
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Overnight shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
There is also a similar job with opposite weekly hours (Weekend Mornings):
Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Overnight shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
- Manage phone calls
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a secure, controlled front desk environment overnight
