About the Role
Quality Inn Robbinsville is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in ensuring every stay is pleasant, efficient, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Manage room reservations and guest inquiries by phone or in person
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, rates, and local attractions
Process payments, balance transactions, and maintain guest records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
