Duties
- Assist in managing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments

- Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through effective pricing and promotional initiatives
- Handle guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Coordinate human resources functions such as staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with hotel policies
- Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet operational goals
- Manage night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations
- Maintain effective communication across departments using multi-line phone systems while demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Support the implementation of hospitality standards across the resort to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Promote a positive work environment by demonstrating leadership in hospitality management practices and fostering teamwork
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry
- Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of guest services, front desk operations, and resort management
- Knowledge of revenue management techniques, budgeting, and financial analysis in a hospitality setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations excellence
