Duties

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance guest experiences
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest enjoyment
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and team members across multiple channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interaction
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is a plus; familiarity with guest services and hospitality management is essential
