Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus (ability to speak multiple languages)
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
