Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient check-in and check-out experience for all guests
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately using the property management system
- Actively identify guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction scores
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and policies
- Support occupancy goals by ensuring accurate room availability, upselling when appropriate, and minimizing errors
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information at all times
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure room readiness and service continuity
- Follow cash handling, audit, and reporting procedures with accuracy and accountability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment
