- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and reservations promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
- Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout their stay
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests are a strong advantage
