What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Quality Inn and Suites?
Front desk agent should be familiar with and comfortable using office equipment including computers. Candidate would be assisting guests, making reservations, light cleaning and upkeep. Communicating with other members of staff. Answering phones, handling money. Running shift reports and most importantly, making our guests feel welcome.
Candidates must be available and willing to work all shifts. 2 days each week would be on 3rd shift, 11pm-7am. The other shifts could be either 1st (7am-3pm) or 2nd (3pm-11pm)
Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.
Ideal candidate is reliable, punctual and personable.
