Manager of Channel Marketing & Reseller Development

Position Summary
QIC is growing its reseller ecosystem, and we're looking for a Channel Marketing & Reseller Development Manager to drive that growth. In this role, you'll identify and engage potential resellers, manage onboarding and relationship-building for new and existing partners, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Services, and Business Development to ensure our partners are set up for success.

Market Research & Prospecting
- Research and evaluate potential reseller partners
- Manage outreach initiatives to contact and qualify leads
- Supply the Business Development team with vetted partner prospects
- Track prospect and lead activity in the CRM and report on performance and conversion metrics
Partner Relationship Management
- Support Client Services Managers in maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new partners
- Serve as the primary partner liaison, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution across internal teams
- Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
Business Development Support
- Support preparation of partner program reviews and performance updates
- Collaborate on marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, onboarding materials, email communications, program guides, and partner best practices
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, client services, or marketing
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Constant Contact)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to analyze partner metrics and identify trends or growth opportunities
