Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between picking/packing/shipping teams and eCommerce operations to ensure seamless flow.
- Channel Maintenance: Monitor inventory sync, manage product listings, and oversee channel health across all platforms.
- Fulfillment Oversight: Troubleshoot delays, mis-picks, and shipment errors while ensuring strict shipping compliance and timelines.
- Launch Support: Coordinate fulfillment logistics for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and inventory updates.
- Customer Excellence: Partner with Customer Service to resolve escalated delivery issues and maintain clear communication regarding order exceptions.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and implement smarter solutions to improve the speed and accuracy of our B2B and drop-ship programs
- Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms (Shopify and Amazon Marketplace preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical "order flow" issues between systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate between office and warehouse environments.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI monitoring and "just-in-time" inventory accuracy.
