Quality Home Care, LLCs in Charleston, SC is looking for one Lead House Manager to join our strong team. We are located off Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston
Responsibilities
- The lead house manager helps coordinate staff schedules
- The lead house manager will be responsible for finding coverage for call outs/and or filling in
- Attending doctor appointments with clients
- Ensuring that all staff is documenting and signing off as directed
- Maintaining monthly staff meetings
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Certified Nursing Assistant/PCA Experience/Med Tech
- Must be able to be a Critical Thinker with Problem-Solving Skills
- Must have 2-3 year of home health Management /Team Lead in the healthcare field
- Must have great Organization, Attention to Detail, Time-Management, Interpersonal & communication skills & Dependable & Professional
- MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with a diverse patient population.
- Ideal candidate must be a people person, compassionate, hardworking and goal driven
