HVAC Apprentice
Location: Minocqua, WI / Lakeland Area
Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Work on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Support residential and light commercial projects
- Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Help maintain clean, organized job sites
- Develop technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong interest in learning the HVAC trade
- Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in indoor and outdoor environments
