Nurse Practitioner Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead Annual Health Assessments, Wellness Visits, and Well Child Visits.
- Pioneer preventive medical services.
- Collaborate with physicians to address both immediate and future patient care needs.
- Thoroughly assess medical histories and provide anticipatory guidance for children.
- Maintain meticulous records in our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Stay abreast of medical regulations and advocate for continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program.
- State license & BLS certification.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) and enrollment in Medicaid.
- PA-C certification & state-specific license.
- Preferred: 1-year experience with EMR systems.

Role Focus:
- Chronic condition documentation and addressing care gaps.
