Food Service Manager

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance
• Lead staff training and development to uphold company standards in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols
• Oversee food production, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of orders
• Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist with training new team members to build a strong workforce
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff, managing shifts, and developing team members
• Skilled in inventory control, food safety standards, and food management practices
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally
• Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred
• Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and food production planning is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
