Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance
- Lead staff training and development to uphold company standards in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols
- Oversee food production, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of orders
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Assist with training new team members to build a strong workforce
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff, managing shifts, and developing team members
- Skilled in inventory control, food safety standards, and food management practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred
- Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and food production planning is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
