Summary

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing brand presence, and supporting business growth initiatives across multiple departments and locations. This role serves as a key connection between the marketing team, sales staff, store leadership, and senior management to ensure consistent and effective marketing execution.

Responsibilities

✓ Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans across digital, print, radio, and trade show channels.

✓ Identify customer segments and create strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

✓ Support multi-location and multi-department marketing initiatives to strengthen customer experience.

✓ Manage lead generation campaigns focused on equipment sales and service growth.

✓ Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, CRM systems, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing to drive lead conversion.

✓ Manage and distribute leads generated through internal and external marketing efforts.

✓ Align dealership marketing efforts with manufacturer and OEM initiatives including Kubota, Unicarriers, and other partner brands.

✓ Utilize co-op marketing funds to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

✓ Oversee website content, inventory listings, social media, and search engine marketing efforts.

✓ Manage equipment listings on marketplaces such as MachineryTrader to ensure accuracy and visibility.

✓ Plan and execute customer events, demo days, and participation in trade shows.

✓ Create marketing materials, flyers, signage, and digital content to support sales initiatives.

✓ Maintain and distribute store-level marketing materials and event resources.

✓ Develop and execute marketing plans for new vendor offerings and strategic initiatives.

✓ Manage vendor relationships and ensure marketing investments align with company goals.

Requirements:

✓ 10 years of experience in channel, dealer, or B2B marketing.

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

✓ Experience within the construction, agriculture, or equipment industry highly preferred.

✓ Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.

✓ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing strategies.

✓ Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

✓ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to a shop and maintenance setting.
