We’re the Northeast’s premier manufacturer of shower enclosures and flat glass products and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and driven team player to join us in our Order Entry department.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders and quotes accurately into our computer system using customer sketches and specs
- Communicate with customers to clarify details, gather missing info, and recommend solutions
- Learn product components and glass hardware options to guide customer decisions
- Check for accuracy and completeness in orders before processing
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong typing/data entry skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Background in manufacturing or construction
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (a plus, not required)
