About the Role

Quality Enclosures is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven Business Systems Coordinator to support and improve the business systems that power our daily operations.

In this role, you'll help maintain our ERP and business applications, develop reports and dashboards, support workflow automation, and assist with technology initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization. You'll also have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to help identify practical ways to improve productivity and business processes.

What You'll Do

• Maintain business data and support core business applications, including FeneVision and Sage 100.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational data queries.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Support workflow automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help document business processes and maintain system documentation.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with users across multiple departments to improve business processes and system utilization.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP or business management systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging business technologies.
