Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Receiving Clerk responsible for the accurate receipt and inspection of incoming raw materials and supplies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our inventory records are accurate and our production operations are well-supported.

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 am Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Unload packages from incoming trucks.
- Visually inspect outer packaging and document any damages upon receipt.
- Verify deliveries against packing slips, including part numbers and quantities.
- Work closely with Purchasing to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Accurately record received items in our internal database, including packing slip numbers and bill of lading information.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with
5S standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Physical/Environmental Demands:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
- Ability to read, write, and perceive color and details accurately.
- Exposure to warehouse noise and occasional chemical vapors.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and documentation procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers (word processing, spreadsheets,
databases).

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 months of prior receiving or warehouse experience.
