Join Our Manufacturing Team
Quality Electrical Systems (QES) is seeking a Material Handler Coordinator to help keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate daily material movement, support inventory accuracy, and work closely with production to ensure parts and materials are delivered where they're needed, when they're needed.
This position is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping a team succeed.

What You'll Do
Coordinate daily material movement to support production schedules
Ensure production teams receive the correct parts and quantities on time
Pull, stage, and deliver materials throughout the facility
Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
Print inventory labels and organize materials into proper warehouse locations
Coordinate inventory dispatch requests and prioritize material deliveries
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Receive, inspect, and process incoming and returned materials
Support inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and 5S initiatives
Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve material issues

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
Experience with inventory control and warehouse transactions
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems
Ability to read work instructions and follow procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable with excellent attention to detail
Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset toward internal production teams

Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand and walk throughout the shift
Bend, reach, and move materials regularly
Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Ability to wear required PPE and safely operate material handling equipment
