Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with experience in CNC manufacturing and repair, variable speed controls, switchgear or servo motors. Your main responsibility will be to implement maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime, reduce costs and maximize productivity.

Shift: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and power distribution systems
• Keep record of maintenance activities to track the lifespan of equipment
• Communicate with management to inform them about equipment faults
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Strictly abide by safety regulations during manufacturing activities
• Keep equipment in check to avoid mechanical hazards that could cause harm to operators and workers
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years in previous experience in CNC machinery or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Possess the discipline to execute tasks without procrastination
• Good time management to work at a good pace, executing word orders and demand
• CNC industrial knowledge and tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
