Responsibilities:
- Assist senior tree care professionals in performing tree maintenance tasks, including pruning, trimming, and removal.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, Mini Skids, Ariel Lift, and Wood Chippers.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Licensing & Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Active Class A CDL (preferred).
- Candidates without a Class A CDL must be willing to attend company-provided CDL training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior team members.
- Basic knowledge of tree care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
