In This Role, You’ll
- Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems
- Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints
- Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams
- Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving
- Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity
- Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus)
- Strong focus on inventory, cycle counts, auditing and document processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems
- Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally

- Starting pay: $26.31/hour
