Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Technician located in Jeffersonville IN. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing the Vulcanization, installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor systems. Daily tasks include performing Belt installs and vulcanizing and ensuring safety in all operations. The role requires leading a team, liaising with clients to guarantee high-quality service delivery and timely project completion.

- Experience in All forms of Vulcanization and Installs
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
