What You'll Be Doing:
No two nights (or weekends) are the same when you're part of the QC family. You'll be:
- Empowering individuals to achieve personal goals and milestones.
- Supporting independence, not just providing care.
- Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories—big and small.
- Providing a safe, supportive environment (and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way).
- Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation.
- Encouraging fun—outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more.
- Documenting successes and ensuring quality care every shift.

What You'll Need:
Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass a State of AZ Department of Public Safety background check.
