What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, no two shifts are the same — and that’s what makes it meaningful.
You will:
✨ Empower individuals to achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones
✨ Promote independence while providing hands-on support
✨ Assist with daily living skills, including meals, routines, and personal care
✨ Support medication administration and health needs
✨ Provide safe transportation and community access
✨ Encourage engagement through activities, outings, and social events
✨ Maintain accurate documentation to ensure quality care
