What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Team Member position at Quality Cleaning?
Job Overview
looking to hire one person to join our Cleaning team. Approximately 1 to 3 days per week. Days may vary each week. Must be available between 8:30 AM and 5 PM. Occasionally, a Saturday or Sunday maybe be needed.
Most of our jobs are residential with a few being commercial properties or Airbnb properties.
Most jobs will be done in a pair of two. so you will not be driving. but one of the commercial jobs that we are at three days a week.you would need a four-wheel-drive vehicle. I am needing to train someone right away to cover this job when I’m out of Town.
Must be extremely neat and appearance. Non-smoking I’d be able to pass a background check.
This is a great part-time position for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor vacuum cleaners, steam mops and steam cleaners.
- Must be very detailed oriented and able to check your own work without me having to come behind you.
- must be extremely reliable and always on time.
Requirements
- prior Cleaning experience is preferred. Will train the right person, but starting Pay will be less..
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, Airbnb, staging and proper use of equipment.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam mops, and steam clean erseffectively.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Pay: $80.00 - $150.00 per day
