What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Team Member position at Quality Cleaning LLC?
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be working solo after training and with a partner to clean commercial and residential properties . Reliable transportation is a Must and four-wheel-drive would be best.
Average will be 2 to 3 days a week.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, and other common areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must live in Wilkes County. And close to Miller’s Creek would be best.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting moderate weights and performing repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. must be able to start immediately.
- Must be available Monday through Friday and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $90.00 - $150.00 per day
