Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment which is provided.
- Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or occupant concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices.
- Ability to lift and operate all equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam mops, steam cleaners etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.
