What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at QUALITY CLEAN?
Quality Clean is growing! We are currently hiring for the position of Manager. The Manager is responsible to:
*Manage and oversee cleaners at various client locations
*Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level.
*Inspect work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
*Act as primary point-of-contact for cleaning team members for any questions or concerns they may have
*Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible.
*Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment.
*Participate in training of new employees
*Ensure efficiency of work team and make adjustments as necessary
Other duties as set out in your job description.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of janitorial supervisory or management experience or relevant management experience in commercial janitorial.
This position is evenings beginning at 3:30pm. Company vehicle provided and phone allowance.
