Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process repair payments in coordination with the accounting or accounts payable team.
- Monitor third-party repair costs and identify cost-saving opportunities or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment tracking logs.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendor billing inquiries and payment status updates.
- Support internal audits and reporting of third-party repair expenditures and trends.
- Assist in helping other coordinators as workflow changes within the QRS coordinator team.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Be able to read and understand English
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to take direction/supervision and work cooperatively with others
- Ability to use computer and related software programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
- Instructions, and procedure manuals
- Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, a plus.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
