We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients, potential clients, and staff, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ADP
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimise office efficiency
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties including invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Experience
- Proven office experience and In Home Care administrative background is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Experience with ADP or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
