What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef de Cuisine position at Quality Branded?

All of our chefs are actively engaged and present in the kitchen for all of service. They are responsible for working closely with the hourly kitchen team to manage the production teams, maintain our service standards that focus on speed, efficiency and consistent food quality.
We are seeking someone with strong culinary skills and the ability to lead the restaurants BOH team in a high-volume environment.

- 3 years kitchen management experience
- At least 1 year experience in a Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine role required
- Previous experience in a steak house and Broiler Cook experience is preferred
- High volume experience in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Stable work history showing progressive growth
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and follow through
