We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door - To - Door Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales through personalized interactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a tangible impact on business growth. A passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential to succeed in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective customers, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Negotiate deals confidently by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that add value
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process


Experience

  • Demonstrated success in door-to-door or field sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
  • Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or business development activities is highly valued
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Must be ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
