POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for installing HVAC systems and equipment according to company standards and specifications. Works with various types of HVAC equipment and follows industry safety standards.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating units, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
Follow installation plans and specifications to ensure proper installation of equipment.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Attending training sessions and staying up to date on industry trends and advancements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent training program
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with HVAC equipment and installation practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 per week
