Your impact

• Fabricate and finish precision parts and fixtures with toolroom equipment (lathes, mills, grinders)
• Read and apply technical drawings and prints to plan setups and operations
• Maintain and sharpen cutting tools to ensure production readiness
• Co-create new tooling with Engineering; support Production with rapid improvements
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement every day

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years in tool making or fixture building
• Solid mechanical aptitude and excellent blueprint reading skills
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the shift
