This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing, while actively contributing to interdisciplinary projects that directly support Qualitrol’s success.

Pay Range
The hourly salary range for this position (in local currency) is $20.00-$25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
- Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
- Support data analysis to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide production support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in projects that directly contribute to operational excellence at Qualitrol.
- Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- A 6-month immersive learning experience beginning Spring 2026.
- Hands-on exposure to operations, manufacturing, and project management functions.
- Opportunity to apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges.
- Mentorship and professional development in a global industrial environment.
- This is a six-month cooperative education experience anticipated to begin in Fall 2026. Specific start and end dates are flexible and will be aligned with the selected candidate’s university co-op schedule and academic requirements.
