- Gather business requirements from leadership and stakeholders.

- Build reporting solutions for portfolio health, KPIs, risk, workload, and operational metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard and report development.
- Proven experience creating reports used by leadership and decision makers.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Experience functioning as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and define reporting requirements with business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze and validate data across multiple systems.
- Create executive-level reporting and visualizations.
- Document reporting logic, calculations, and business rules.
- Support ongoing dashboard enhancements and stakeholder requests.
- Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with utility industry data.
- Familiarity with Oracle CC&B platform preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Saratoga CRM, preferred.
- Power BI Certification is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferred background in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
