What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embroidery Machine Operator position at Qualitees Screen Printing?
We are an established Screen Printing & Embroidery company in Woodland, CA looking to add an embroidery machine operator to our team. We're open Monday-Friday and your shift would be 830am-5pm. We're flexible on part or full time but would like at least 24-30 hours a week minimum.
Looking for someone with experience running commercial embroidery machines but will train the right person. If you have experience....lets talk!

Full job description
We are looking for an embroidery operator to operate our Barudan embroidery machines.
Duties include:
- Manage multiple embroidery machines
- Embroider caps, polos, shirts, sides of hat, back of hats, and other various locations on items
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Load and unload thread and bobbin
- Change thread colors as needed
- Basic computer knowledge to locate and save files
- Oil machines weekly and perform basic maintenance
- Check in goods when needed
- Run the front desk when needed
- Will be cross trained to be able to work in other areas when time allows
Qualifications:
- Would like to find someone with previous experience on embroidery machines
- Be able to understand basic machine maintenance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to be on your feet for your entire shift
- Be able to be off your phone for your entire shift
- Be able to read/write/speak basic English
- Bilingual a plus. English/Spanish
- Basic math
- Reading a tape measure
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $20.00 an hour depending on experience. Higher pay will only go to someone with past experience but if your starting out we'll work our way up with annual pay increases.
Work Location: In person only. We are located in Woodland, Ca so if your out of town you must have reliable transportation.
