Qualitas Dental Partners (“Qualitas”) is a Dental Partner Organization founded and owned by dentists. We focus on liberating dental practitioners from non-clinical burdens involved in running a dental practice, enabling them to dedicate more time to providing the highest quality care to patients.
The Recruiting & Training Associate will report to the VP of Human Resources and will work closely with our Chief Innovation and Development Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new hiring and recruitment strategies to fill current and anticipated team member gaps within the Qualitas network of practices.
- Establish and maintain pipelines of talent from various sources.
- Ensure well-run, well-attended, and professional external and internal training and recruiting events.
- Build and nurture relationships with dental schools, hygiene schools, dental assisting schools, and other relevant educational institutions to position Qualitas as the employer of choice for their students, residents, and alumni.
- Collaborate in designing integrated recruiting plans, including social media, traditional media, and collateral material.
- Retain existing talent and oversee employee development by assisting in the establishment of training programs for current roles and future positions.
Specific Duties:
- Manage recruitment for all levels (from Dental Assistants to Associate Dentists) to ensure minimal interruptions in service delivery.
- Collaborate with Qualitas Leadership Team to align staffing requirements with operational plans and metrics.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions to source quality candidates.
- Assist in designing collateral materials and communication plans for recruitment efforts.
- Develop relationships with military and veteran organizations to attract talent.
- Assist in designing market competitive compensation packages.
- Aid in managing and delivering training and development activities.
- Collaborate in negotiating partnership deals with vendors.
- Learn from other industries to improve enterprise performance.
- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports.
- Undertake other duties/projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Current or past experience in the dental industry preferred.

- Self-directed/motivated with a willingness to jump in as needed.
