📍 Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

⏳ Duration: 12 Months


Key Requirements

  • 2 years of customer-facing experience in collections, customer service, sales, or account management.
  • Strong Bank Collections (Inbound & Outbound) calling experience.
  • Early-stage collections experience with the ability to identify delinquency causes and establish payment arrangements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
