📍 Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid/Onsite as per client requirement)

💼 Experience: 8–10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Configuration Analyst with strong expertise in Benefits Administration, Benefits Plan Configuration, and Advanced SQL to support enterprise healthcare benefits initiatives.

Required Skills:

✅ Benefits Administration (Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy, Eligibility & Enrollment)

✅ Benefits Plan Configuration & Rules Setup

✅ Advanced SQL & Data Validation

✅ Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

✅ Testing, Defect Analysis & Production Support

Preferred Skills:

✔️ Simplify Platform (or similar Benefits Administration System)

✔️ Healthcare Benefits & Eligibility Management

✔️ Agile Environment

✔️ Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Python & PySpark
